Buchao Textile (SHBC) Group was established in 2004, including Shanghai Buchao Industrial &Trading Co., Ltd., Suzhou Buchao Textile Co., Ltd., Shanghai Kangxuan Textile Co., Ltd and Jiangsu Hongrong Weaving Co., Ltd. We’re the leading synthetic fabric producing group focus on development, manufacturing and sales services. 

Our weaving factory is located at Huai’an, Jiangsu Province, equipped with more than 200 modern water and air jet looms, 50 double twister frames, and 2 sets of advanced machines for warping, sizing, drawing procedure, etc. 80% staffs in the factory have more than 10-years’ experience in fabric development, production and quality controlling which guarantee the stable quality. With the help of EPR system and ISO management, we grow fast and stick to the philosophy of being eco-friendly, low-carbon and renewable.

Our dyeing and finishing production base are located at Shengze in Jiangsu province, producing Polyester, Nylon fabric with different kind of treatment, such as Coating, PU lamination, Foil print, TPU bonding, Emboss, with various function of winter-proof, water-poof, wind-proof, down-proof, lower temperature durable, antibiosis, deodorize, anti-UV, vapor absorption and quick dry, vapor permeability and so on. Our fabrics are for outwear, leisure Jackets, outdoor protective, sportswear, down jackets, ski suits etc.
